By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks dropping the condition(s) of default bail especially condition no.3 in the order dated 20.12.2021 passed by the learned CJM, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi in File No.DRI/DZU/23/ENQ./20/2021.

Since the petitioner seeks modification of the conditions in the order dated 20.12.2021 passed by learned CJM, it is deemed apposite that the petitioner may approach the concerned Trial Court at the first instance for modification of the said condition(s).
