% 30.10.2015 Sale deed is stated to has been executed on 20th October, 2015 and keys of the entire suit property have been handed over by the plaintiff and defendant no. 8 to Mr. Pankaj Bhardwaj, representative of the buyer, namely, M/s Amelia Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Pankaj Bhardwaj is present in Court and has been identified by Mr. Sudhir K. Makkar, Advocate. It may be worth noting here that `50 crores had already been deposited as on the date of passing of the decree in terms of Mark 'C-1'. Further sum of

`108.40 cores is stated to has been deposited with the Registrar General of this Court after deducting the TDS, pursuant to the decree. Parties have no objection if this amount is released to the persons in terms of the settlement. Let the amount lying deposited in this Court be released to the persons named in the Annexure 'B' to Mark 'C-1' in the ratio as stipulated therein. As regards interest accrued on the amounts so deposited, if any, the same be disbursed in terms of para 13(K) of Mark 'C-1'. It is noted that originals of Special Power of Attorney(s) have been handed over by the parties to the buyer-M/s Amelia Buildtech Pvt. Ltd.
