W.P.(C) No. 1576/2019 & CM APPL. No. 7299/2019 (for interim relief) The petitioner impugns order dated 26.11.2018 made by the Appellate Tribunal MCD in appeal No. 678/2018 titled "Jai Singh vs. South Delhi Municipal Corporation"; and order dated 21.01.2019 made by the learned District Judge in appeal No. 4/2018, whereby the petitioner's prayer for interim protection against demolition of the petitioner's property was rejected by the ATMCD and the appeal against such order was dismissed by the learned District Judge.

After some submissions, Ms. Dalveet Kaur, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to argue

the matter before the ATMCD, which matter is still pending for final arguments before the ATMCD and stated to be listed next on 10.04.2019 for the said purpose.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
