The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.1/MCD to take appropriate action against property no. H. NoE-68, Sahyog Vihar, Sec-3, Pappan Kalan, New Delhi- 110075 ('subject property') and a further direction in respect of respondent no. 2/ BSES to disconnect the meter connection in the subject property. 3.

It is the case of the petitioner that the respondent has sent a complaint to respondent no.1/ MCD on 2nd February, 2026 highlighting the unauthorized construction being carried out, and no action has been taken. 4.

the subject property has been booked and appropriate action in accordance with law shall be taken in an expeditious manner. 5.

Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.2/ BSES submits that BSES has already communicated with MCD that as and when MCD takes action against the subject property, it may inform BSES so that the meter can be disconnected.

In view thereof, the petition stands disposed of, while directing the respondent no.1/MCD to take action in an expeditious manner, in accordance with law.

Liberty is given to the petitioner to take appropriate remedies available in law in the event the petitioner has further grievances. 8.

All rights, contentions and legal remedies of respondent no. 3 are kept open.
