This is an application filed by the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies, inter alia, praying that the date of hearing which was fixed as 28.02.2019 at 10:30 AM be re-scheduled to 18.03.2019 at 3:00 PM. The order dated 15.02.2019 is modified to the aforesaid extent. It is also clarified that the Central Registrar is at liberty to fix such further dates as may be required. However, he shall endeavour to complete the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.
