The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 CrPC seeking extension of interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 12.02.2024 in connection with FIR No.0420/2018 under Sections 363/109/302/201/328/376/34 IPC and Section 6 POCSO Act registered at Police Station Welcome.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted interim bail to meet his child, who was born after his arrest, as well as, to arrange funds for his family members. petitioner is making efforts to get him admitted in a school and for that purpose he also needs to arrange certain funds. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he has instructions to say that no further extension shall be sought on any ground. The statement is taken on record.

Issue notice. Learned APP for the State accepts notice. 6.
The status report was called by this Court on an earlier occasion and the factum of birth of child on 12.12.2018 was verified, therefore, there is no dispute that the child is about five years and needs to be admitted in a school.

In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the petitioner is extended for a further period of four weeks from today on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 12.02.2024 passed by this Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
