Mr. B.S. Jarial, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that while this writ petition was pending in scrutiny, respondent No.2 - Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation ["DTTDC"], has passed an order dated 18.02.2025, imposing a penalty of reduction to a lower stage in the time scale of pay by one stage, effective from the date of the petitioner's superannuation.

In view of the fact that, the Staff Service Rules, 1986, of respondent No.2 - DTTDC, provide for an appeal against an order imposing penalties, Mr. Jarial seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to take all available grounds in the petitioner's proposed appeal. ` 3.
The writ petition, along with pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
