% 22.01.2018 Against penalty imposed by the Disciplinary Authority, petitioner had filed a statutory appeal of 15th January, 2016 (Annexure P-2). Thereafter petitioner had filed an additional appeal on 23rd November, 2017.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the only direction sought in this petition is to direct the third respondent to decide petitioner's statutory appeal as well as additional appeal, as they are stated to be still pending.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to third respondent to decide W.P.(C) 626/2018

petitioner's statutory appeal of 15th January, 2016 (Annexure P-2) and additional appeal of 23rd November, 2017 within six weeks. The fate of appeals be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be. With aforesaid directions, this petition and application are disposed of.
