The Court is informed that the complaint filed by the petitioner with the Concerned Authority has been withdrawn. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also informed the police that he does not want to pursue the complaint any further.

It is stated that the phone number of the Constable and the SHO has already been provided to the present petitioner. 3.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
