% 22.01.2018 Petitioner's Representation of 18th January, 2016 (Annexure P-4) seeking regularization of ad hoc service stands rejected vide cryptic order of 23rd February, 2016 (Annexure P-5). Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the employees, who are similarly placed as petitioner, have been already regularized and are working against permanent post, whereas petitioner had been discriminated. This aspect has not been considered in the impugned order of 23rd February, 2016 (Annexure P-5). In the facts and circumstances of this case, impugned order of 23rd February, 2016 (Annexure P-5) is hereby quashed, with permission to petitioner to file a concise Representation to the Secretary of respondentBoard within a period of two weeks. Upon receiving of such W.P.(C) 581/2018

Representation, the respondents shall decide the Representation by passing a speaking order within a period of eight weeks. The fate of the Representation be made known to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.
