The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the following prayers: - "1. Pass an order setting aside the impugned order dated 25.02.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Court of Sh. Sonu Agnihotri, Additional Session Judge-03, Saket Courts, New Delhi in Bail Application No. 4120/2022granting anticipatory bail to the Accused persons in the FIR bearing no. 319/2022 registered with PS- C.R. Park under sections 498A/406/3 77/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
2. Pass any other order as it may deem appropriate in the interest of justice in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents." 3.
