The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking regular bail in FIR No. 697/2020, dated 11.08.2020, registered at Police Station Punjabi Bagh, for offences under Sections 186/353/307/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in custody for almost three years and not even a single witness has been examined yet.
