The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "(i) quash FIR No. 69/2015 dt 12.02.2015 u/s 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 lodged at P.S. IGI Airport against the Applicant, to prevent gross abuse of the process and to secure the ends of justice; (ii)pass any other order/orders ex debito justitae as this Hon 'ble Court may deem it fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner for the last two dates of hearing, i.e., 26.09.2024 and 05.12.2024.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed in default for non-prosecution and disposed of accordingly.
