The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugning the orders dated 12.12.2023 and 03.01.2024 passed by learned Additional District Judge-01, South District, Saket Court, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as „Trial Court‟) in CS No.709/2019 titled as "Harvinder Singh vs. Ashok Kumar & Ors." whereby right to file written statement has been closed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition on technical grounds with liberty to file a fresh petition or to seek other legal remedies as per law.
