This rectification petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 57 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 read with Section 151 CPC seeking rectification/updation of the status in the Register of Trade Marks of Application bearing No. 2446255 for the mark 'EXTRAMARKS SMART LEARN CLASS' in Class 42 from 'Abandoned' to 'Opposed', thereby laying a challenge to the impugned order dated 10.09.2025 passed by Respondent No. 1.
