Ms. Yoothika Pallavi, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits on instructions, that this writ petition may be disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to file an application with the Ethics and Medical Registration Board of the NMC to re-examine the case of the petitioner in the light of the Class XII marksheet which was filed by her before this Court with her additional affidavit. As has been noted in para 2 of the order dated 10 May 2024, the NMC would also be entitled to examine whether such a new marksheet can be produced at this point of time.

with the NMC on the above lines, the NMC is requested, given the urgency of the matter to process the application, as expeditiously as possible.

This writ petition is disposed of, in the aforesaid terms. 4.

Needless to say, should the petitioner continue to remain aggrieved by the decision of the NMC, the right to reapproach the Court shall remain reserved.
