O R D E R

% 28.02.2019 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole to take post-operative care of his mother who has undergone angioplasty.

As per the status report the medical documents of the petitioner's mother have been verified, however the surgery was performed on 28th November, 2018. Thus, at this stage no release on parole for post-operative care is required. Further as per the nominal roll the sentence of the appellant remaining to be undergone is two months eleven days, thus this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
