Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 2 apprised the Court that he has already been convicted by the learned JM First Class (NI Act-03)/ Patiala Court vide order dated 28th September, 2024 and submitted that nothing is left for further adjudication in the instant petition, therefore, the instant petition has become infructuous. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has no objection to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf the respondent no. 2 and prayed for leave to withdraw the captioned petition.
