Pursuant to the last order, the respondent no.1 is present in person today and states that he has been taking all possible steps for implementing the order awarding compensation to the petitioner, which submission is vehemently denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that a pay order for the principal amount of Rs.3,22,560/- in favour of Commissioner Employees Compensation-VII is ready and will be deposited with the said authority within three days from today. He further states that expeditious steps are being taken by the respondent
no.1 for recovering the interest as awarded, under the impugned order, from respondent no.6 and prays for four weeks to do the needful. However, keeping in view the fact that the principal amount is being deposited shortly, the appearance of respondent no.1 is exempted for the present.
