% 08.04.2017 The matter has been settled between the parties for an amount of ₹7,25,000/- over and above the amount so awarded by the learned Tribunal. It is submitted that the cheque of ₹7,25,000/- has been deposited with the Legal Services Authority on 28.3.2017. The amount shall be released to the claimant in the manner stated in the award after the formalities. In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal. The appeal is disposed of.
