This application has been filed seeking early hearing of the matter which is listed on 31st July 2025.

In the facts and circumstances as stated, the application is allowed & disposed of accordingly.

It is noted that compliance affidavit on behalf of respondents has been filed on 30th March 2024, duly informing the petitioner, about the results of the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination ('LDCE'), where she participated in terms of the order dated 9th October 2023, passed by Central Administrative Tribunal ('CAT').

In the order dated 12th January 2024 passed by the Division Bench, in W.P.(C) 446/2024, the Court has categorically stated as under: 4.
As per paragraph 7 of the order, the direction was to declare the result, which has been done. As per paragraph 8, it was made clear that mere declaration of the result will not entitle the petitioner to seek promotion, unless found eligible; the declaration of the result was also subject to the outcome of W.P.(C) 10880/2023, which is still pending. 5.
Moreover, in the compliance affidavit, the category wise cut-off marks and the qualifying benchmark for each paper has also been provided, which puts the matter in context, as regards the eligibility of the petitioner. 6.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with the liberty to petitioner to agitate further issues in the pending Writ Petition, if so desired. 7.
The date already fixed i.e. 31st July 2025, stands cancelled. 8.
