This application has been filed seeking restoration of the present contempt petition, which was disposed of vide order dated 04th March 2025. This Court had disposed of the petition upon recording of the submission made by counsel for Municipal Corporation of Delhi ('MCD') that a show cause notice had been issued to respondent no.2, an intimation had been sent, and the matter would proceed in accordance with law relating to unauthorised construction.

Counsel for MCD states that he has no instructions in this regard. 3.
