The present petition under Section 12 read with Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks following prayers:- "a) Pass an Order, thereby initiating Contempt Proceedings against the Respondents/Contemnors and the Punish them as per law; and b) Pass an Order directing the Respondents/Contemnors to abide by and comply with the Order dated 20.12.2022 passed by, and undertaking dated 20.12.2022 given before the Court of Ms. Akansha Gautam, Learned Metropolitan Magistrate (Mahila Court- 04) District West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in case bearing MC No. 5550591/2016 titled as "Sonia Bhagat versus Rajesh Khanna and others". c) Pass any other Order(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of Justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as the present matter has been compromised among the parties.
