CRL.M.C. 1846/2024 After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition as the parties are yet to go through the Second Motion under Section 13B(2) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 on 18.04.2024. Liberty is sought to file a fresh petition as and when the divorce proceedings are concluded.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. Pending application also stands disposed of.
