The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 269/2022 of PS Kanjhawala for offence under Section 302/120B/34 IPC and Section 25/27 Arms Act.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court subsequent to testimony of the witnesses of recovery of the pistols and the motorcycle allegedly used in the murder. 3.

As requested, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. The prosecution and learned trial court are directed to examine those witnesses of recoveries on priority basis and positively within 02 months.
