% 14.05.2025 Since e-data was not updated on the ground that the Court of the undersigned has not been allotted to any of the Dealing Assistants of the Portfolio Branch, physical case-file was requisitioned to take up the matter. Inspector Vijay Singh appearing today handed over the original Sale Deed dated 20.10.2017 executed by Mr. Pawan Kumar Garg (Defendant No.3) in favour of Mr. Ashwani Kumar Sharma (Defendant No.1). The said original Sale Deed has been kept in a sealed cover (No. 5187) and handed over to the Custodian for keeping the same in safe custody. Certified copies thereof {total 16 pages-counting both sides (back to back)} were also got prepared and placed in the case-file (Part-III-B). As per the office report, court fee of Rs.2,10,000/- has been filed on 29.04.2025 on behalf of the plaintiff in compliance of the judgment dated 16.04.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court. Accordingly, the Registry to draw up a decree in terms of the judgment dated 16.04.2025 expeditiously. Once the decree is drawn, an official of the Original Branch be nominated by the Joint Registrar (Original) or Deputy Registrar (Original) concerned to accompany the learned counsel for the plaintiff and/or the plaintiff, to visit the office of the Sub-Registrar, Sub-Division II-B, Janakpuri to get the needful done as directed by the Hon'ble Court judgment dated 16.04.2025. On that day, the official concerned to carry with him the said Sale Deed dated 20.10.
2017 (in original), the decree (in original) (after placing on record the certified copy thereof) and certified copy of the judgment dated 16.04.2025, with the instructions to bring back the Sale Deed dated 20.10.2017 (in original) on the same day, after its cancellation by the Sub-Registrar concerned, so that further actions can be taken by the Registry in compliance of the judgment dated 16.04.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court.
Since none appeared for the defendants today, list before the Joint Registrar (Judicial) concerned, as per the roster, on 28.05.2025, for further compliance.
