O R D E R

The present application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.12/2020 registered under Section 364A IPC at Police Station Mandawli, East District, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 01.06.2020, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. It is submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation 3-4 times and has also submitted his mobile phone to the I.O.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions from I.O., SI Virender Singh Tomar, confirms that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail, on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned court/Duty MM and subject to the following conditions:- BAIL APPL 312/2020

(i) The petitioner shall join investigation as and when he is required to do so.

(ii) The petitioner shall regularly appear before the concerned court as and when the chargesheet is filed.

(iii) The petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of NCT of Delhi during the period of trial without the prior permission of the concerned Court.

(iv) The petitioner shall provide the concerned I.O./SHO with his telephone number (Mob. No.8447554583) which he undertakes to keep operational at all times and in the event of change of his residential address, shall inform the same to the concerned I.O./SHO as well as to the concerned Court.

With the above directions, the present application stands disposed. 6.

A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned court as well as to the concerned I.O./S.H.O. electronically for information and necessary compliance.
