This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "(a) a writ of mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India thereby directing the Respondent No.2 to change / update / correct in its record, the name of the Petitioner Institution from "Basant Degree College"
to "Basant Mahavidyalaya", for all the future correspondences and consequential purposes; and (b) a writ of mandamus under article 226 of the Constitution of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. India thereby directing the Respondent No.2 to reflect the changed / updated / corrected name of the Petitioner Institution on the "Online Teacher Registration Management System" portal of the Respondent"; . . ."

Mr. Rupal, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 states that as per his instructions, the orders are passed, but formal minutes are yet to be signed.

Since in-principle approval has been granted, the present petition has become infructuous.

The respondent shall change the name of the institute expeditiously and in any case, not later than 4 weeks from today. 5.
In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of. 6.
In case of any non-compliance, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the petition.
