By way of BAIL APPLN. 1173/2026, filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 237/2025, dated 11.08.2025, registered at Police Station Hazarat Nizamuddin, District South East, Delhi, under Sections 78/351(3)/74/329 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

CRL.M.C. 9076/2025 also arises out of the same FIR. The petitioner assails the judgment dated 15.11.2025 passed by the learned Sessions Court, whereby the order dated 14.08.2025 of the learned Magistrate, granting bail to the petitioner was set aside. 3.

After some arguments, Mr. Jaspreet Singh Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the chargesheet was filed on 17.04.2026 and that the matter is next listed before the concerned Court on 02.05.2026. He seeks permission to withdraw the present petitions, without prejudice to the petitioner's right to approach the concerned Court for bail afresh in view of the change in circumstances. Mr. Rai, however, seeks a clarification that any such bail application be considered on its own merits.
