% 04.03.2025 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to institute appropriate civil proceedings, in terms of the liberty granted by the impugned order dated 06.12.2024 passed by the learned Financial Commissioner.

It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the dispute, and it is open to the petitioner to file an appropriate application for injunction before the Civil Court.

The writ petition, along with pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
