#7 $~ * IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI + CONT.CAS(C) 53/2013 RAJ SINGH & ORS.

..... Petitioners Through Ms. Renuka Arora, Advocate versus VINAY KUMAR ..... Respondent Through Ms. Jyoti Tyagi, Proxy Counsel for Mr. Yeeshu Jain, Standing Counsel.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANMOHAN

O R D E R

% 19.07.2016 On 3rd December, 2015, this Court had directed the petitioners to place on record an affidavit explicitly stating as to whether the petitioners were still in possession of the land in question.

Today also learned counsel for the petitioners prays for further time to comply with the order dated 3rd December, 2015. She states that the letter written by her to the petitioners has been returned back undelivered. It is strange that the petitioners have not been in touch with their lawyers for the last six months. Consequently, present petition is dismissed on account of non-prosecution. In the event, learned counsel for the petitioners obtains instruction, she will be at liberty to file an appropriate application.
