CRL.M.A. 6388/2019 (modification) This is an application for modification of order dated 06.03.2019 whereby the petitioner was granted furlough on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent concerned.

Issue notice.

Notice is accepted by Mr.Piyush Singhal, Advocate, appearing on behalf of the State. It is submitted that they have no objection to the modification of order dated 06.03.2019.

Attention of the court has been drawn to the communication dated

14.06.2017 whereby similar modification was made and the petitioner was ordered to be released on furlough on furnishing of cash surety. Accordingly, the order dated 06.03.2019 is modified to the extent that the petitioner is directed to be released on furlough on furnishing cash surety of Rs.15,000/- instead of one surety of Rs.15,000/-.
