By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to re-establish social ties.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice. 4.

A status report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the status report, the family of petitioner comprising of his parents, wife, two children and one brother were found residing at House No.196, Hamidpur, Delhi.

As per the nominal roll placed on record, the petitioner was granted parole in the years 2017 and 2018 by this Court and there is no allegation that when released on parole petitioner misused the said concession. 6.

Considering the past conduct of the petitioner even though there are number of cases registered against him and he is a B.C. of PS Alipur and his younger brother is a special child, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner is released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM concerned.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
