The present application has been filed by the Petitioner under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking modification of the order dated 4th March, 2025 passed by this Court.

The Court has considered this matter. The prayer in the present application is for waiving of the warehousing charges as the order dated 4th March, 2025 is silent about this aspect.

Considering that the warehousing charges would have accumulated and there is no explanation for the delay in filing the present application, in the facts of this case, only 50% of the warehousing charges are waived. 5.

Application is disposed of.
