% 18.12.2025 CM APPL. 80086/2025 By way of the present application filed under Order XXIII Rule 1 read with section of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the applicants/appellants seek disposal of the present appeal in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 11.1.2025 arrived at through mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court, New Delhi.

A copy of the settlement agreement is appended to the application. Mr. K.S. Mainee, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has joined the proceedings via video-conferencing and confirms the terms of the settlement agreement.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed. The terms contained in Settlement Agreement dated 11.11.2025 are taken on record; and the parties are held to be bound by such terms.
