This application has been filed by the legal representatives of the original petitioner for permission to withdraw the petition as they are not interested in pursuing the disputed claims.

The application is supported by the affidavit of one of the legal representatives, who was also authorised to represent the other legal representatives of the deceased petitioner.

In fact, the legal representatives were substituted, by order dated 29.03.2023 in I.A. 735/2023, which was also affirmed by the affidavit of the same legal representative.

Learned counsel for the parties are present. Mr. Sameer Vashisht, learned counsel for the respondents, has no objection to withdrawal of the O.M.P.
