The petitioner is seeking initiation of the contempt proceedings against the respondents for alleged wilful defiance of the directions of the Supreme Court dated 23.03.2021 whereby the general moratorium was applicable to the effect that no interest would be charged in the matter of small-scale industrial manufacturing concerns/ establishments for the period March, 2020 to August, 2020. 4.
Learned counsel for the respondents is present on advance notice. It is pointed out that the respondents have since approached the Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Delhi.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would raise the contentions which are raised in the present petition before the DRT, Delhi, and seek redressal in accordance with law.
