The learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has instructions to state at bar that respondents have already sold the suit property to one Sh. Mandeep Singh S/o Sh. Sukhwant Singh vide sale deed dated 25.02.2025.

In view of the aforesaid statement made under instructions from the respondents, the learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to resort appropriate remedy as per law. 5.
