In view of the amendment allowed today in W.P.(C) 1052/2025, the present petition would be infructuous, as it is only the notification issued under Section 9 and 10 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, which was challenged. However, the award in pursuance to the said notifications has already been passed now and is under challenge in a separate writ petition being W.P.(C) 1052/2025.
