This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of 6 months for the Arbitral Tribunal ('AT') to make and publish the award. 5.

It is stated that there was a delay on account of the financial difficulties of the petitioner.
