The appellant/defendant is aggrieved by the judgment dated 15.04.2019, passed by the leanied Single Judge in CS(OS) 1599/2008, a suit for partition instituted by the respondents/plaintiffs for rendition of accounts in respect of property No. 1734-A and 1734, Dariba Kalan, Delhi. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeals. 3.
