After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner shall surrender before the Trial Court and shall move a bail application, which may be heard and decided expeditiously by the Trial Court.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the anticipatory bail application. The bail application, if any, filed by the petitioner before the Trial Court shall be heard and decided expeditiously by the Trial Court.
