On 19th July, 2022, counsel representing Respondents had apprised the Court of the death of Respondent No. 2. Petitioner was directed to file amended memo of parties. Subsequently, Petitioner stopped appearing, as can be noticed from orders dated 24th April, 2024, 22nd July, 2024 and 21st January, 2025. The position remains the same even today. 2.

It thus appears that Petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the present appeal.

For the foregoing reasons, the present appeal is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
