TR.P.(C.) 8/2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the continuous orders passed by the Appellate Court i.e. the Court of the Additional District Judge (Central District) wherein although the appeal has been filed by the petitioner in July, 2015 impugning the order dated 05.6.2015 but the dates had been given by the Reader of the Court as the Presiding Officer was on leave. The dates of 16.7.2015, 21.8.2016, 06.10.2015, 05.11.2015 and 03.12.2015 has been brought to the notice of this Court. Next date fixed before the learned Additional District Judge is 11.02.2016. In case the appeal is not taken up for hearing on 11.02.2016, the learned District Judge (Central District) will pass appropriate order transferring the case
