The accused/applicant seeks interim bail for six weeks in case FIR No. 303/2014 of PS Sabzi Mandi for offence under Section 302/307/34 IPC. 2.

The ground on which interim bail is sought by the accused/applicant is that his wife fell from stairs about six months back and now she has to be operated upon. The ground on which the application is opposed is that earlier also, for same ground the accused/applicant was granted interim bail but he absconded and could be arrested only after proceedings under Section 82 CrPC.

Without proceeding further, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this bail application. 4.

As requested, the bail application and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
