1. Mr. Narang, learned counsel for the judgment-debtor assures that the balance amount of about 16,334/- shall be cleared within 1 week from today.

2. The decree-holder is at liberty to urge its issues before the tax authorities.

3. In view of the directions passed today, the decree-holder does not press the present petition.

4. In view of the statement, nothing survives in the execution petition and the same is disposed of.

5. In case the amount of Rs. 16,334/- odd is not transferred within 10 days from today, the decree holder shall be entitled to revive the execution petition.
