CRL.M.C. 617/2020 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks the directions to the learned Trial Court for disposal of the bail application filed by the applicant seeking grant of regular bail in relation to FIR No.319/2018, PS Kotwali under Sections 324/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 submitting inter alia to the effect that the applicant has been incarcerated since 14.10.2018 submitting further to the effect that the bail application having been filed on 25.10.2019 has till date not been CRL.M.C. 617/2020

considered.

On behalf of the State, there is no opposition to the prayer made by the petitioner seeking the expeditious hearing and disposal of the said application i.e. IA No.1/2019 in Sessions Case No.58/2019, in as much as, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as borne out from the perusal of the petition that the said application is now listed for the date 24.02.2020 when the matter is fixed for prosecution's evidence, the learned Trial Court is directed to hear the bail application filed by the applicant on the date 24.02.2020 and to dispose of the same within a period of five days of the said hearing.

The petition is disposed of.

Copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court for compliance.
