The Petitioner has approached this Court challenging a demand letter dated 05.02.2024 directing the Petitioner to pay a sum of Rs. 3,34,50,529/- towards revised ground rent, penalty and misuse charges on various heads. 2.
It is stated by learned Counsel for the Petitioner that against a breach notice dated 21.09.2023, detailed reply was given by the Petitioner along with the policy on 28.09.2023 stating that misuse charges on several grounds are not applicable. He states that the final order is a completely unreasoned order which only quantifies the amounts to be paid. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition by directing the Respondents to consider this writ petition as a representation and consider the same and dispose of the representation by passing a speaking order giving reasons for levy of misuse charge on each head. The exercise be done within eight weeks from today. The final order be passed after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the Petitioner. 4.
Needless to state that during the pendency of the exercise, no coercive steps shall be taken against the Petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.
