O R D E R

% 26.04.2017 Today, Ms. Jasmine Kaur Chandhok, Mr. Jaspal Singh Chandhok and Mr. Surinder Singh Chandhok are personally present. All three of them state that they have resolved their differences as under:- 1.

All the three individuals undertake that they along with minor Bhavya Singh Chandhok and Mrs. Manranjan Kaur shall live together as a family at B-4, First Floor, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi in a peaceful manner. 2.

All the three individuals state that they accept the order of the Mediator dated 24th September, 2011 passed in CS No.64/2011 and CC No.79/1. They also undertake to comply with the terms and reciprocal obligations mentioned in the said Settlement Agreement. 3.

All the three individuals undertake to withdraw all cases as well as FIRs filed by them against each other within a period of two weeks.

The three individuals also undertake to cooperate with each other in quashing of all criminal proceedings.

Mr. Jaspal Singh Chandhok and Mr. Surinder Singh Chandhok undertake that Ms. Jasmine Kaur Chandhok and Mr. Bhavya Singh Chandhok shall not be evicted from the shared household i.e. B-4, First Floor, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi.

Mr. Surinder Singh Chandhok and Mr. Jaspal Singh Chandhok agree to pay Rs.3,20,000/- in eight quarterly instalments of Rs.40,000/-. Ms. Jasmine Kaur Chandhok admits that the first quarterly instalment of Rs.40,000/- has been paid on 23rd April, 2017. 7.

The remaining instalments shall be paid directly in the bank account of minor Bhavya Singh Chandhok through RTGS mode or cheque. The statements, assurances and undertakings given by Ms. Jasmine Kaur Chandhok, Mr. Jaspal Singh Chandhok and Mr. Surinder Singh Chandhok are accepted by this Court and parties are held bound by the same.

Consequently, the contempt petition is disposed of in terms of the present settlement.

As a token of acceptance of this order, all the three individuals are directed to sign the order sheet.
