The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning a letter dated 26.11.2019 passed by the Director General Prison, Prison Headquarters, Tihar rejecting the petitioner's application for furlough. 3.

The petitioner was released on interim bail on 22.09.2003 for a period of six weeks by an order passed by this Court. However, the petitioner jumped his interim bail. He was re-arrested after almost 12 years, that is, on 27.02.2015. Considering his above conduct, the petitioner's application for furlough has been rejected.

This Court finds no infirmity with the said order. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
